There are two more chances to catch a film at the 2013 Columbus Jewish Film Festival.
On Sunday, November 17, closing night will include a double feature and a dinner, for those who RSVP. The festival’s closing night begins with The World is Funny at5 pm at the JCC. The whimsical tragicomedy weaves together multiple storylines about family and the power of art and imagination in the face of despair.
A deli dinner will follow at 7 pm (reservations required). Then, at 8 pm, the final film of the festival celebrates the golden age of Broadway musicals and their lasting impact in Broadway Musicals: A Jewish Legacy.
