Students and teachers at the JCC East Preschool recently participated in the "Adopt a Grandparent" program at Wexner Heritage House during "Lend A Hand, Help A Heart" Mitzvah Month. Holding artwork made by the students and their "adopted" grandparents are, left to right, Holly Somogyi, Leslie Rosen, Mary Warren, Nikki Henry, Debbie Adelman, and Taryn Terwilliger (not pictured, Mindie Zisser). The artwork they're holding represents Ethical Start, Pirkei Avot, teachings that remind us to see that everyone and everything are important, and to acquire a friend!
