JCC Announces December Membership Special -
13 Months for the Price of 12!

During the month of December, all new full year members who join in December will receive 13 months of membership for the price of 12. Current JCC full year members in good standing who refer a new full year member will receive a $25 JCC gift card.

JCC full-year members may access the JCC heated indoor pool, The Diamond Family Fitness Center and all cardiovascular and strength and free weight equipment, free water and group exercise classes, including Spinning and Zumba, racquetball and tennis courts, gymnasium with a walking/running track, locker rooms, family changing rooms, children's programs, Winter Camp for kids K-8, School's Out Days and afterschool programs for grades K-6, league sports, personal trainers, massage services, babysitting services and more! (Additional fees may apply to some programs and services.)

Three and four-month Winter Memberships also are available from Dec. 1, 2008 through April 1, 2009.

New Member Services Hours in December and January

The JCC Membership Office has changed its hours during the months of December and January to: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Congregation Agudas Achim is Synagogue Partner of the Month

Congregation Agudas Achim is the JCC's Synagogue Partner for the month of December, announced Linda Starr, JCC Member Services Director. "The JCC/Synagogue Partnership program is a way to reach out to synagogue members to familiarize them with the programming and activities the JCC has to offer, and in return allows the synagogue a forum to reach JCC members," she said.

Starr explained the Partnership program further:

• Agudas Achim members, who are not current JCC members, may sign up for a free one-month general membership and those members 18 years and older also will get an upgrade to the Deluxe Women's or Men's Health Centers. This membership includes the use of the Diamond Family Fitness Center, indoor pool, gymnasium with a walking/running track, racquetball and tennis courts, free group exercise and water classes, locker rooms and family changing rooms.
• Agudas Achim members, 18 and over, who are current members of the JCC, will be upgraded to the deluxe Health Center during December, and will have use of the deluxe Health Centers, which includes a luxury locker room, sauna, whirlpool and steam room, and free yoga and pilates classes.
• Also during December, Agudas Achim members will receive a 10 percent discount on purchases made from Art at the Center - The Judaica Gallery, located at the JCC.
• Agudas Achim members also will be eligible for the JCC member price on Gallery Players tickets.
• An event for Agudas Achim youth also will be held at the JCC during December, and Rabbi Zelemyer will speak at a lunch program for the New Horizons 60+ Group.
