Teen Tsiburm Ends Year
with Horseback Riding Outing

Marc Rossio

On Sunday, May 17, members of Teen Tsiburim and P2k joined together one last time before summer break for horseback riding, horse grooming and a bonfire. "I would like to extend a special thanks to everyone who has made this year possible," said Halle Schwartz, Teen Tsiburim coordinator.

Teen Tsiburim program serves young adults with special challenges with social, educational and recreational programming that brings them into the mainstream of Jewish life. The teens visit area synagogues, nursing homes, kosher catering establishments and community holiday events. Funding is provided by The Columbus Jewish Federation, the Stuart and Marilyn Cole Fund at The Columbus Jewish Foundation, and the National Jewish Council for Disabilities.

Teen Tsiburim will resume once again in the fall. For more information, contact Schwartz at (614) 231-2731, ext. 386.
