Dana Horowitz has been named the Columbus coordinator of the Florence Melton Adult Mini School and Judaic Specialist at the JCC New Albany Preschool. Dana, who will be graduating from the Melton Mini-School's two-year program on June 3, previously served as the Learning Styles Specialist at the Solomon Schechter School in Atlanta. Dana holds a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, as well as a bachelor's degree in Education.

She is replacing Melanie Butter, who recently has been named the JCC's new Northeast Program Coordinator, replacing Martha Goldberg, who is relocating with her family out of state. Melanie will continue her duties as the coordinator of the JCC Bookfair, a program that has grown steadily under her guidance over the past three years.

"The JCC is very fortunate to be able to add such a qualified professional to our staff and offer an excellent pro another opportunity," said Carol Folkerth, JCC Executive Director. "Please help me in welcoming them to their new positions."
