Summer is just around the corner and now is the time to tell your friends, family and neighbors about all the JCC has to offer with a summer membership from May 26 through Sept. 1.

Summer membership includes: access to summer camps; heated outdoor and indoor pools; the SprayGround and Barkan Sports Court; the Diamond Family Fitness Center, and all cardiovascular and strength and free weight equipment; water and group exercise classes, including Spinning and Zumba; gymnasium with a walking/running track; raquetball and tennis courts; locker rooms and family changing rooms, and more!

For an additional fee, the following also are available: Yoga and Pilates classes; personal training; massage services; league sports; and babysitting services.

Summer members also are invited to enjoy the JCC's Hoover Family Park, located on Hoover Reservoir, on Sundays. Hoover Family Park features a heated outdoor pool, waterfront, boating, picnic area, pavilion, hiking trails and sand volleyball.

Swim lessons are also available for an additional fee.

Summer Family Membership is $320.25 or $108.75(monthly)and Summer Individual Membership (must be 18 years and over) is $176.14 or $60.21(monthly). Monthly payment options include tax and $1.50 service fee.

JCC members 18 years and older may upgrade their general membership to include the Deluxe Men's or Women's Health Centers for an additional fee. The Deluxe Health Centers offer deluxe locker rooms and lounges, sauna, steam room and whirlpool. Other amenities include towel service, personal care items, beverages, fruit, bagels, free yoga and pilates classes and free babysitting. Deluxe Health Center members also receive discounts on personal training and massages.

During the month of May JCC members 18 years and over may try out the Deluxe Health Centers on a two week trial basis.

The Summer Deluxe Health Center Rate $160.13 or $54.88 (monthly), and the full year Deluxe Health Center Rate $485.71 or $40.48 (monthly). Senior rates and rates for additional members in same household also are available on full year Deluxe Health Center memberships.

You Asked and We Listened!

Beginning in June, JCC members will be able to obtain a JCC Membership Key Tag to use in checking in at the front desk. The Key Tag will not replace the current JCC membership ID card, but will be an additional convenience. Deluxe Health Center members may use the Key Tag to check in at the front desk; however, the regular photo ID card will be needed to secure keys to the Deluxe Health Centers at the Fitness Desk. JCC members who travel out of town and visit other JCCs will still need to use the regular photo ID card to show proof of JCC membership. In the event the JCCs computers are down, the photo ID card will be required.

All current JCC members will receive their first Key Tag at no charge. Replacement Key Tags or Membership Cards cost $5 per item.

To obtain your Key Tag, members must stop into the Member Services Office after June 1.

Member Services Office Hours are:
Monday thru Thursday, 9 a.m to 8 p.m.
Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Remember, JCC members who refer new full year members will receive a $25 JCC gift card.
