High School Students Get Some Culture

Students at Gahanna Lincoln High School recently had the opportunity to sit and chat with Rabbi Howard Apothaker of Temple Beth Shalom and Community Shlichah Noa Ohayon, during a recent JET Culture Club program. The Culture Club also will be holding its end-of-the-year celebration in conjunction with the community celebration of Yom Ha'atzmaut on Thursday, May 8. A bus will be picking the students up at Gahanna Lincoln at 4 p.m. for a trip to the JCC for the festivities, and returning to the school by 7 p.m. The final club meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday, May 13, from 3 to 4 p.m., in Mrs. Acker's room, number 168.
