JCC North Participates in Bike-A-Thon

JCC North Preschoolers recently participated in a Bike-A-Thon to raise money for Nationwide Children's Hospital. Parents came in to volunteer their time to help the children as they rode laps around the parking lot. A representative from Bike Source came and checked the children's bikes for proper fit and any repairs needed. Pictured above are Noa Shilo and Ethan Haywood from the Sun Room as they participated in the Bike-A-Thon!

JCC North Celebrates Israel's 60th

These two know what birthdays are all about, and they certainly are willing to get all dressed up to help celebrate one. In this case, Adam Gluck and Amanda Bendis pause during the JCC North Preschool's Star Room celebration of Israel's 60th birthday. They are standing in front of a model of the Kotel they and their classmates built with brown paper bags stuffed with paper to represent the stones in the wall. (Note the little pieces of paper stuck between the "stones" - just like the prayers written on paper scraps at the real Kotel.)
