
Friends in the New Horizons 60+ group enjoyed a recent "Music in the Air" concert downtown.
Taking care of body, mind and soul are the themes of activities being planned for August by the New Horizons 60+ group for active senior adults. Whether it be learning self-defense techniques based on TaeKwon Do, stretching muscles in Yoga for Seniors, or engaging in lively discussions with rabbis from Congregation Tifereth Israel, this month has several fun activities planned every week. All events will begin in Room 217 at the JCC unless otherwise noted. Those activities include:
