JANITORIAL / HOUSEKEEPING

JCC College Avenue – Evening Shift: Monday through Friday from 5:30pm to 9:30pm

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred, Solid Grasp of English
• 1-year experience in commercial building cleaning
• Must be able to lift 40 pound loads; excellent customer service skills; detail oriented;
team player; enjoy young children, and be flexible. This job involves considerable walking and standing.

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:

Clear and clean tables; dust, sweep, mop and scrub floors; run floor machine; vacuum carpets; remove all trash to dumpsters; clean and maintain gymnasiums, pool areas, fitness center & health clubs; put away classroom toys, and stack chairs; empty outside trash cans and recycling bins; clean and maintain all restrooms and restroom supplies; assist in maintaining grounds and facility, and set up and tear down events as required.
