What is GRIT?
GRIT is a 30 minute HIIT class – short, sharp bursts of intense work, followed by recovery. Other group workouts don’t push you into high training zones. You get more intensity in short, sharp bursts increasing your level of fitness. GRIT is the perfect workout to combine with other classes to shift your fitness fast. GRIT is scientifically proven double or triple the results when compared to standard exercise in a motivating team environment. All of our instructors who teach GRIT go through specialty advanced training in order to teach it. The class is split up into 3 different sections that are meant to be completed within a week: GRIT Strength, GRIT Cardio and GRIT Plyo. Classes are taught in the main group exercise room on the fitness floor.

How much does it cost?
GRIT is a small group training class where you will receive specialized attention by our specially trained GRIT Coaches. Workouts cost $40 per month for unlimited classes or $10 for drop-in.
