You are Invited to “Have a Taste” of the Melton Mini-School

Florence Melton Adult Mini-School

Melton instructor, Rabbi Cary Kozberg will lead 2 classes – one in Bexley and one in New Albany. Both classes will be in homes of current Melton Mini-School students. The Bexley Taste of Melton class will be on Tuesday evening, May 29th at 7pm and the New Albany Taste Of Melton class will be on Wednesday, May 30th at 9:45am.

The topic will be: Consequences of the “First Sin”

Most people know about Adam and Eve.  But what was it  really that got them kicked out of the Garden of Eden?  What were the consequences, and what effect have they had on us, their descendants?  A Taste of Melton  will look at this familiar biblical narrative and perhaps discover aspects that aren’t so familiar after all.

The Melton Mini-School is the largest pluralistic adult Jewish education network in the world. This class is free but an RSVP is required.

Contact Dina Cieplinski at 559-6238 or dcieplinski@columbusjcc.org to let her know you plan to attend and for the address of the class.

More information about the mini-school is available at the Florence Melton Adult Mini-School page.
