Lifeguard Certification Class
Ages: 15+ years
This blended-learning course provides entry-level participants the knowledge and skills as a Lifeguard to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over. Participants who successfully complete the Lifeguarding course receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED, valid for 2 years.
Required prerequisites can be found online in the course registration.

Lifeguard Review Class
Ages: 15+ years
Participants must possess a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification in order to qualify for this course (certifications that have expired no more than 30 days prior to the start of class are also accepted). Upon successful completion, participants will renew their Red Cross certifications in Lifeguard Training, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Certification.

Babysitter's Training and Pediatric First Aid/CPR
Ages 11+
This course will prepare participants to provide quality care to children of all ages, guide them in safe and age-appropriate play, keep themselves and others protected when alone and respond to emergencies. Successful completion of the course results in American Red Cross Babysitter Certification, documentation of training and certification in Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and AED. Participants will also receive a class handbook and first aid reference guide to keep.

Adult & Pediatric first aid with CPr/aed
Ages 11+
The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the online portion must be completed prior to attending the Instructor-led skills session. Upon successful completion, a valid 2 year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.

Water safety instructor (WsI) Certification class
Ages 16+
The purpose of the Water Safety Instructor course is to train instructor candidates to teach water safety, including the Basic Water Rescue and Personal Water Safety courses, six levels of Learn-to-Swim, three levels of Preschool Aquatics and two levels of Parent and Child Aquatics.
Prerequisites: Candidates must be 16 years old by the last day of class. Successfully pass the pre-test by demonstrating stroke knowledge and technique at a American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Level 4 Stroke Performance level, maintain position on back for 1 minute in deep water (floating or sculling), and tread water for 1 minute.

lifeguard instructor course
Ages 17+
The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor (LGI) course is to train instructor candidates to teach the basic-level American Red Cross Lifeguarding course. Participants who successfully complete the Lifeguarding Instructor (LGI) course receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding Instructor, valid for 2 years.
Prerequisites: Be at least 17 years old on or before the final scheduled session of the course. Possess a current basic-level certification in Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED. Successfully complete the online Introduction to the Lifeguarding Instructor Course prior to the precourse skills session via the class roster and online content completion status report. Obtain all instructor and participant materials before entering the first session of the instructor course.
