Beginner Tap

Learn the fundamentals of tap, no experience required. This class introduces basic steps, rhythms, and combinations while building coordination, musicality, and confidence.

Designed for dancers with some prior tap experience, this class builds on foundational skills with new rhythms, footwork, and combinations.

The big 3-Power Lifting Clinics

This training series is designed to build confidence, technical mastery, and real strength in the foundational powerlifting movements.

Pilates for Pickleball Clinic

Poolside Yoga

This refreshing morning practice blends mindful movement, light stretching, and breathwork to awaken the body, improve flexibility, and set a grounded, positive tone for the day.

Senior Independence

This functional movement class helps adults 55+ build the mobility, strength, and confidence needed for independent living. Participants practice essential ground mechanics—including safely getting down to and up from the floor—along with movements that support balance, joint mobility, and everyday strength.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi combines slow, gentle movements, mindful breathing, and meditation as participants learn Yang Style Tai Chi with Instructor Mark Henry.
