    Carlie started her fitness career in 2006 as trainer and group fitness instructor at the OSU RPAC while in college. Post-graduation she worked at a Medical Fitness Center in Cincinnati before moving back to Columbus to work at the JCC in 2012. She works with a variety of clientele from the elite high school/college athlete to the severely obese to those with chronic health conditions. Carlie enjoys working with diverse clientele and staying on the forefront of the trends of the fitness industry.

    Beth started in fitness as a Yoga Instructor. Her focuses in Personal Training are correct form and technique, allowing her clients to get the most benefit from their workouts without injuring themselves. Beth specializes in helping clients to rehab after injuries or surgery, particularly knees, hips and shoulders.

    Megan first discovered Pilates through her love of movement and dance. She began teaching Pilates in 2015 and has since worked with a range of individuals including dancers, athletes, active agers, and those with various injuries. Megan loves to build upon the Classical Mat and Reformer work to meet the needs of everybody. She’s passionate about the healing nature of movement, and offers practices that restore, challenge, and strengthen your body.

    Chelsea is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who’s been training personal clients and conducting small group classes at the JCC for over a year. She played rugby in college and is an avid obstacle course racer and Krav Maga practitioner. She works with a variety of clientele from high school athletes to individuals with chronic illness.

    Brian began his career in personal training in 2019, switching careers from the middle school classroom. He became connected with the JCC when he took his son there nearly every day to workout and soon enough joined the training team there. He works well with all clientele, especially people just getting started or back into a workout routine with the goal of keeping them coming back to make working out a regular part of their routine. Brian transformed his own body and health years ago with improved diet and a regular exercise routine and looks forward to helping people along their fitness and healthy living journey!

    Mike has been training since 1992. He specializes in post physical therapy rehab and senior fitness and training.     Nick has been coaching basketball since he graduated from Ohio Wesleyan in 2015, and has been a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer since August 2019. He is currently an Assistant Men’s Basketball and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Capital University. Nick has worked with players of all ages, from youth to collegiate level players, and is passionate about guiding players through the skill and physical development process and helping them reach their potential.

Dana holds certifications in Les Mills Grit, Les Mills Body Pump, and TRX suspension training.     Lorrie began her career in health and wellness as an audiologist, serving as Director if Audiology at Columbus Speech and Hearing Center for nearly 10 years before leaving to raise her daughter. Her personal health journey led her to studying nutrition and seeking holistic health solutions. As a Nutrition Health Coach she offers clients tools, guidance, support and accountability in helping them reach their health and wellness goals through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Her expertise is in the area of weight loss and overall wellness. Lorrie is dedicated to leading her clients toward reaching their health and wellness goals; she is passionate about helping others be and feel their best!

    Physical Therapist

    Kyle began his physical therapy career with The Ohio State University in 2018 at the Outpatient Care Gahanna location and now serves as the primary PT at the JCC. He treats a variety of orthopedic conditions and injuries, both operative and non-operative, and works with patients of all ages and backgrounds. He is part of the upper extremity team at OSU and has a passion for treating the overhead athlete. Kyle takes pride in getting his patients back to pain-free movement and back to performing the activities they love.
