Alyssa Hardgrove


Bs in Athletic training, doctorate of physical therapy

Alyssa works as a Physical Therapist at both the Gahanna outpatient location and the Jewish Community Center. She treats a variety of orthopedic conditions and has assisted with the performing arts program at OSU. Her background in Athletic Training has provided her with experience in treating athletes and returning them to their sport. She enjoys treating all patients from young athletes to weekend warriors to post-surgical patients. Alyssa makes sure that she is aware of her patients’ personal goals and works to achieve them so that they can return to their daily life and favorite activities.

Kyle Smith


BS in Business Administration, Doctorate of Physical Therapy

Kyle began his physical therapy career with The Ohio State University in 2018 at the Outpatient Care Gahanna location and now serves as the primary PT at the JCC. He treats a variety of orthopedic conditions and injuries, both operative and non-operative, and works with patients of all ages and backgrounds. He is part of the upper extremity team at OSU and has a passion for treating the overhead athlete. Kyle takes pride in getting his patients back to pain-free movement and back to performing the activities they love.

Zach Warner 


BA in Exercises Science and Pre-Physical Therapy, Doctorate of Physical Therapy 

Zach has been with Ohio State Sports Medicine since 2019 at Outpatient Care Gahanna and now serves as a part-time PT at the JCC. He enjoys treating all types of orthopedic patients, ranging for high level athletes to older adults and everything in between. Zach is the leader of the knee outcome team at Gahanna and sees a large number of knee patients including complex post-operative patients, but he loves treating all body parts that a therapy clinic serves. As a former athlete, Zach has a passion of getting his patients back to the activities they love and would love to serve you however he can.

CRAIG Wiehe Jr. 


BS in Athletic Training, Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Certified Specialist 

Craig works as a Physical Therapist at both the Gahanna outpatient location and the Jewish Community Center. He treats a variety of orthopedic and post-surgical conditions. Craig has assisted with covering Capital University athletes in their Sports Medicine Program. He became interested in Physical Therapy while going through it himself for different injuries during high school. Craig enjoys playing/watching sports, hiking, snowboarding, and going to new restaurants. He is here to help everyone achieve their goals and return to a healthy-active lifestyle.
