No Dates Currently Scheduled at This Time

• Participants must be 60 years of age
• If the person driving is under 60 they are eligible to pick up a meal as well
• All participants are required to complete basis LifeCare paperwork regardless of past participation
• There is no cost for this lunch but donations to LifeCare Alliance are welcome
• All participants are required to wear masks and are asked to stay in their car
• Please do not arrive early
