Carlie started her fitness career in 2006 as trainer and group fitness instructor at the OSU RPAC while in college. Post-graduation she worked at a Medical Fitness Center in Cincinnati before moving back to Columbus to work at the JCC in 2012. She works with a variety of clientele from the elite high school/college athlete to the severely obese to those with chronic health conditions. Carlie enjoys working with diverse clientele and staying on the forefront of the trends of the fitness industry.

Brent is a Bexley High School alum who excelled in football, basketball, and track. Brent was an All-State football player and was recognized as “Back of the Year” in Ohio during his senior season. Brent continued his playing career at The Ohio State University as a defensive linebacker and a four year varsity letterman. Brent has been a personal trainer since 1998. Brent has also served as a high school and youth football coach throughout central Ohio and has helped countless young athletes improve their athletic ability and agility skills. He specializes in working with individuals and small groups to help them reach their personal fitness goals and keep them motivated.

Dana Miklos has been teaching group fitness classes for 10 years and started at the JCC in 2014. She is trained in Les Mills Bodypump, Les Mills GRIT, TRX training and Personal Training.
In her free time, Dana enjoys: cycling, boxing, rock climbing, and coaching her daughter’s softball and soccer teams. Her time outside of the gym is dedicated to her family and her garden. She also likes exploring new trails and camping. Dana is happy when she is moving and sharing her love for fitness with others. She looks forward to seeing you in class or on the rig for a training session!

She specializes in clientele new to working out or hesitant to start a program. Kelley’s mission is to help people feel strong, healthy, confident, and most of all, happy. In her spare time, Kelley loves to travel with her husband of 30 years, spending time with her granddaughters, playing with her pups, and gardening.

He is currently an Assistant Men’s Basketball and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Capital University. Nick has worked with players of all ages, from youth to collegiate level players, and is passionate about guiding players through the skill and physical development process and helping them reach their potential.

She is currently in the process of obtaining her B.S in Public Health and a minor in American Sign Language at The Ohio State University. When Rachel is not training, she is continuing her decades long passion of Irish dancing which got her into the fitness field. During her competitive career she trained with Riverdance and was regionally ranked and nationally qualified.
