Our basketball trainers bring a wide range of coaching and playing experience to the court. From coaching youth travel teams and AAU to leading at the high school level, they’ve developed players at every stage. Their playing careers span Division I and II college basketball and professional international competition. Now, they’re bringing that expertise to the JCC to help players of all ages.
Your JCC Basketball trainer will:
-
Tailor coaching to focus on improving weaknesses while building on strengths.
-
Focus on skill building with an emphasis on the fundamentals and “little things” that make a big difference: footwork, speed, agility, and game knowledge.
-
work hand-in-hand with each athlete to help them reach their goals.
Want to workout with a trainer in a fun and cost effective way?
Small group lessons have proven to be highly beneficial for players of similar skill levels. Training alongside peers provides healthy competition and creates an environment where game skills are easier to learn and apply.
