Using the barre for balance and alignment, you’ll perform low-impact, high-repetition exercises that build endurance while improving posture and flexibility. No dance experience needed.
Fridays @8:30am 45mins | JZone
This workout blends breathwork, deep core activation, and functional strength exercises to target the transverse abdominis, glutes, hips, and pelvic floor muscles. Through controlled movements, mindful alignment, and progressive sequencing, you’ll enhance posture, balance, and overall performance—while helping to prevent injury and support everyday activities. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions provided. Expect a supportive environment, intentional movement, and strength you can feel from the inside out.

Ignite45 is a fast-paced, high-energy small group training class designed to deliver maximum results in just 45 minutes. Each session blends strength, conditioning, and functional training using equipment like kettlebells, slam balls, suspension trainers, battle ropes, and more.
Expect efficient, full-body workouts that build strength, improve endurance, and keep you moving from start to finish—all in a supportive, coach-led environment.

Small group training for moms of children aged 5 and under. Led by a fellow mom, enjoy invigorating workouts in a welcoming environment. Strengthen, sweat, and bond with other mothers while prioritizing your well-being.
Wednesdays @ 4:30pm 45mins | Racquetball Court 2
Ages 13+ – Group training for athletes looking to maximize their range of motion in the weight room, maintain/improve joint health and excel in their chosen sport for years to come.
Tuesday @ 5:00pm or Wednesday @ 8:30am
Class designed for only women and taught by a female personal trainer focusing on strength, core and cardio. This is for intermediate and advanced lifters. This program is not for beginners.

Ages 11- 14 – A fun, empowering training for girls to build strength, confidence, and endurance through guided cardio and strength workouts in a supportive setting.

Family Fit Club is an upbeat, family-friendly fitness class designed for parents and kids to move, play, and get active together! This class blends simple strength exercises, cardio bursts, teamwork challenges, and playful movement games that build coordination, confidence, and healthy habits for all ages.
Attending this class requires one Premium Class Pass per family. Whomever owns the passes, must make the reservation for the family.
SENIOR FITNESS
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 1:30pm 60mins | Group Exercise Studio
Classes are formatted to meet the unique physical and cognitive challenges of these neurological conditions. All fitness levels are welcome for a workout that improves balance, coordination, gait, strength, endurance and mobility.
Fridays @ 9:30am | 45mins | Weightroom
For women 55+, this strength class builds muscle, supports bone health, and boosts energy with safe, effective training and expert guidance.
