For those curious to try a new fitness routine that combines the mind and body benefits of yoga with the core-engaging vigor of Pilates, our Pilates Reformer Classes are for you!

 

Pilates strengthens the core, stretches the body and corrects posture through mindful breathing and disciplined movements. Clients gain flexibility, improve spinal alignment, reduce stress, and develop a healthier life and vibrant spirit.

The Pilates Reformer is a specially designed piece of equipment which allows for over 200 exercises designed to tone and lengthen muscles. Using springs and pulleys to increase the work load and assist with stretching and strengthening, Reformer classes are different from traditional mat Pilates because they work the whole body, taking the dynamic workout to a whole new level. Great for all fitness levels from beginners to athletes.

  • Every Sunday in April (10:30-10:55a)

Prices:

  • $35 drop-in (one class)
  • $220 for 10 classes  LIMITED TIME OFFER: $176 for 10 classes. Redeem below. 
  • $400 for 20 classes

All new clients must go through the intro series prior to attending a class unless you sign up for the beginner reformer. Our Intro Series is two private lessons for $80.

*Beginner Reformer is for anyone new to Pilates, No Intro series is necessary to take this class.

Kelley is a passionate fitness professional that started her career in 2007. Her goal is to help clients create a program that is sustainable and fulfilling, whether that’s through a combination of yoga, strength training, cardio, or whatever’s calling to them on any given day. She specializes in clientele new to working out or hesitant to start a program. Kelley’s mission is to help people feel strong, healthy, confident, and most of all, happy. In her spare time, Kelley loves to travel with her husband of 30 years, spending time with her granddaughters, playing with her pups, and gardening.

Being a true Pilates enthusiast, Olga focuses on creating personalized programs within a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Joyce Patrone

Joyce began teaching Pilates and Zumba in 2012. She has taught mat and Reformer Pilates throughout Columbus, including Ohio State. Joyce meets clients at their level in order to formulate a plan to achieve their goals. She teaches efficient movement techniques that clients can apply throughout their lives. Joyce pushes people outside their comfort zone to maximize strength and flexibility.
