To keep the action fun and competitive, we will be using each player’s DUPR rating or a DUPR equivalent scale in all of our programming, clinics, and leagues.

Programming/Court Reservation Cancellation Policies 

• Cancel online via the MY J App or by calling the front desk at least 2 hours before your reservation or event. 

• Special events and tournaments must follow posted cancellation deadlines. 

• Cancellation fees equal the full cost of the activity or reservation. 

Pickleball Plus Cancellation Policy 

• A 30 day written notice must be given to the JCC Membership Services office at membershipservices@columbusjcc.org . 

• Notice of cancellation may be through a written letter or via email. 

• Cancellation will be effective on the first day of the month after the 30-day notice is received.  

• If a member ceases payment on their credit card or other method of payment, a $150 cancellation fee will be assessed against the member 

Guest Policies: 

• Guests must be accompanied by a JCC member 

• Guests may participate only through a court reservation 

• Guests are limited to three visits per year 

• Guest fee includes use of main JCC amenities 

 Guest Pricing:  (includes court reservation pricing) 

• 60 minutes – $20/person 

• 90 minutes – $25/person 

• 120 minutes – $30/person
