You must purchase a pass before registering. 

• Click the Book A Class button 

• Click on the day  

• Then scroll to find your clinic or open play 

• Click on the item and then hit the reserve button 

Pickleball+ is fantastic add-on for avid pickleball players. This add-on is not required to enjoy the Andrew Ethan Stern Pickleball Complex. All JCC Members have included access to the facility at no additional cost.

To keep the action fun and competitive, we will be using each player’s DUPR rating or a DUPR equivalent scale in all of our programming, clinics, and leagues.

Steps to purchase: 

• On the home page of the MY J App go to the “Purchase Passes & Packages” button 

• Scroll down to the Pickleball box. 

• After clicking on that box, look for the type of pass you want to purchase and click on it.  

Programming/Court Reservation Cancellation Policies 

• Cancel online via the MY J App or by calling the front desk at least 2 hours before your reservation or event. 

• Special events and tournaments must follow posted cancellation deadlines. 

• Cancellation fees equal the full cost of the activity or reservation. 

Pickleball Plus Cancellation Policy 

• A 30 day written notice must be given to the JCC Membership Services office at membershipservices@columbusjcc.org . 

• Notice of cancellation may be through a written letter or via email. 

• Cancellation will be effective on the first day of the month after the 30-day notice is received.  

• If a member ceases payment on their credit card or other method of payment, a $150 cancellation fee will be assessed against the member 

Guests may participate with a member through court reservations or free play.

Guest Policies: 

• Guests must be accompanied by a JCC member 
• Guests may participate only through a court reservation 
• Guests are limited to three visits per year 
• Members can bring in guests for Free Play for $10

 Guest Pricing:  (includes court reservation pricing) 

• 60 minutes – $20/person 
• 90 minutes – $25/person 
• 120 minutes – $30/person

Outdoor Court Guest Pricing

• $10/person
